The Cruiser Bag comes with a 30 day money back
quarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the bag,
you may return it for a refund. This policy applies only to those
bags which are purchased directly from The Cruiser Bag Company.
The purchaser must first call The Cruiser Bag Co. and obtain RMA
number, then return the bag properly packed with all expenses
prepaid. The bag must be in new condition without any scraches,
tears or marks. There will be 10% restocking fee deducted from
original purchase price before refund is made. We do not refund
Express shipping. |

The Cruiser Bag is quaranteed to be free of
manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for one (1)
year from the date of purchase. Any bag found to be defective
will be repaired or replaced at the option of The Cruiser Bag Co.
free of charge when returned, freight prepaid, to The Cruiser Bag
Co. No bag shall be returned unless the purchaser first call The
Cruiser Bag Co. and obtains RMA number. |

No warranties, other than those expressly stated herein, are given
or implied with respect to the bag. Further, The Cruiser Bag Co.
shall, in no event, be liable for consequential damages, or for the
loss, damage, or expense directly or indirectly arising from the use
of the bag, or any inability to use it either or in combination
with other product or materials, or from any other cause. |
